We are located on the Vaddy – Chapora road, very close to the internationally acclaimed Vagator beach and Chapora Fort. Placed in North Goa, the ever and all time happening hub, Vila de Goa is yet away but invitingly accessible from the hustling and bustling spots of North Goa.
Move South, and you are within minutes on the beaches of Vagator, Anjuna , Baga, Calangute, Sinquerim and the famous Aguada Fort. Instead, move North , and you touch base within minutes with the international beaches of Goa of Morjim, Ashwem, Mandrem and Arambol. If not tired, move further north and visit the Tiracol Fort.

Getting to Goa by Air
One can reach Goa by air through several flights connecting Goa from Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Cochin, and elsewhere in India (some flights may not be direct flights). Goa is also connected by International scheduled airlines from Middle East. During the season, particularly between Oct-April, Goa also receives several daily and weekly charter flights. Getting to Goa by Train
Goa is very well connected through the Konkan Railway and Indian Rail Network from Delhi, Mumbai and elsewhere in India. If you wish to hop on the train to get to Goa and stay with us, kindly hop off at Thivim railway station (in case your train halts at Thivim) , which is approximately 25 minutes away from Vila de Goa. However as a piece of information, the main railway station is Madgaon, which is approximately 1 hr and 20 minutes from Vila de Goa. |
Getting to Goa by Road
Goa is very well connected by road having 3 national highways. Luxury and ordinary bus services are abundantly available from Panaji, Mapusa and Madgaon for Mumbai, Bengaluru and elsewhere in India. If you wish to travel by bus, please get off at Mapusa Bus Station from where we are just 15 minutes away. |
Please Note - The best means of reaching Vila de Goa whether you get to Goa by air, train or road (other than if you are driving down) is by a taxi. If you wish to avail the facility of booking your airport, railway station, bus station transfers or a sightseeing on chargeable basis during your stay, please mention the same in your email for booking to us for checking rates or you can contact our reception for such a facility.
Instruct your Driver
You can instruct the driver to get to Siolim, and from the St. Anthony’s Church near the Siolim Bazaar, to take the Vaddy - Chapora Road. We are approximately 150 mts from the church junction on your right.
