  • If you also wish to rent entire Vila de Goa, please check rates with us.
  • For making a confirmed booking with Vila de Goa, you are required to make a non refundable payment equal to 10% of your plan amount as soon as the confirmation mail is sent to you by us. For the balance payment of your booking we shall give you the details in our conformation mail.
  • Check In : 1400 hrs and Check Out : 1100 hrs

Cancellation Policy

  • Confirmed booking if cancelled within 30 days from the date of Check In, then, 100% Retention of the entire plan amount shall be charged. 
  • Confirmed booking if cancelled between 45 - 30 days from the date of Check In, then, 50% Retention of the entire plan amount shall be charged.
  • Any confirmed booking if cancelled beyond 45 days from the date of check-in, then, 10% Retention of the entire plan amount shall be charged.
  • No show will attract 100% retention of the entire amount as per plan & no refund will be entertained. 
  • Checking out of Vila de Goa due to any reason without utilizing the total number of booked nights shall attract 100% retention of the entire amount as per plan & no refund will be entertained..

For Period of Stay between 20th December 2015 and 4th January 2016
  • Confirmed booking if cancelled then, 100% Retention of the entire plan amount shall be charged. 
  • No show will attract 100% retention of the entire amount as per plan & no refund will be entertained. 
  • Checking out of Vila de Goa due to any reason without utilizing the total number of booked nights shall attract 100% retention of the entire amount as per plan & no refund will be entertained.
